Hi everybody
Let say we have following network
Sw1 f0/1------trunk---f0/1-sw2-----rest of switched network.
f0/2--blocked---f0/2
VTP pruning is enabled in the domain, as result sw2 is pruning vlan4 on f0/1 trunk. We want to form etherchannel between sw1 and sw2 over ports f0/1 and f0/2( the blocked port). Does pruning vlan 4 on sw2 affect the formation of etherchannel?
thanks

In short - no it does not. Pruning is not directly linked to ether-channels.

No.. it should not.. but ensure that you have identical configuration on all the interfaces which are participating in ether channel on all switches.
