Etherchannel between two routers

Is it possible to do etherchannel between two routers with 1G link

if so please provide me link to the document

Could you clarify a few things.

1) Are you looking to use a layer 2 etherchannel or a layer 3 etherchannel.

2) When you say with a gig link do you mean multiple gig links or just one because if it is just one you don't need etherchannel.

3) What routers/IOS versions/router modules (if any) are you referring to.
