I have an Export question regarding the Network Switch E-5000-12S12P-10G to be exported to Australia by Boeing for end use by a government entity.
On the Cisco Export website, the Network Switch is under ‘Self-Classification’ status with ECCN 5A002.a.1, ‘Unrestricted’.

What is the meaning of ‘Unrestricted’ here?
In the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), is the item described under ENC 740.17 (b)(1), (b)(2), or (b)(3)?
It looks to me more like (b)(2) – Can you confirm?
