FAN PS-1 is NOT INITIALIZED

Hi , 

Please analyse logs and update if any bug affected..

System image file is "flash:c3560e-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE10.bin"

cisco WS-C3560X-48 (PowerPC405) processor (revision A0) with 262144K bytes of memory.

please post the show env all see whats down

also did you put eyes on back of the switch see if any of the PS are green or amber ? if one is amber reseat it see if it comes back up

We have reseat many time but after some time it is showing red with same status as given in "show env all"

if its red its most likely blown , you could swap them around make sure its not the slot but I would say its the PS , as well make sure there's nothing wrong with the feed going into it by swapping the ps cables around , if its still the same replace it

There is a lot of bugs for power supply's mostly ios-xe where it shows as down in show env but when you actually look at it its still up and working , I don't think you have hit a bug I think you need to replace the PS
