Fan Speed problem 2921 Router

Hi Dears 

i have a problem with my router (2921  IOS=c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-3.M3.bin )  fans are working on max speed and didn`t change in different situation .

environment temperature is normal (18 degree)

even after reloading it didn`t change in speed

what does the show environment table output show ?

are you saying the fans have got very loud as I didnt think you could manually change the fan speed on 2900 series , if the fan block sounds very loud it can be an indicator its on the way out and you should replace it , it can be done hot swappable but needs to be done within a minute or 2 or the router could shutdown
