Hi all , when setting up an asa firewall from scratch, is there a general setup procedure that you should follow ?

Hi Carl,

1st you need to assign the interface ip address for ethernet interfaces & define which will be the OUTSIDE,INSIDE,DMZ intefaces. then by default the ASA doesn't allow to access from outside/inside traffic, so enable SSH access .
