Hi

delete some of the unused files in flash first , how much space is free can you post the dir flash output , free up as much as possible

when you ping these tftp server where the image is located do you see any drops or latency or is it stable connection

Hi Mark,

Thank you for your reply.

Please see the dir flash output.

c3750Lab#dir
Directory of flash:/

15998976 bytes total (8940544 bytes free)

When I ping the tftp sever, there are no drops and it is a stable connection.

Thanks

Hi theres only 8mb free there count 6 in from the right 8940544, you need to free up space that's most likely your issue , what sixe is the image your trying to push

you may have to delete the current ios thats in place which is fine it has to be done sometimes on old switches with very low flash space , DO NOT LET THE ROUTER RELOAD IF THERE IS NOT IMAGE ON IT OR IT WILL GO TO ROMMON WHILE YOU DO IT

you may have to force recursive delete the ios to make space ike this below and then re tftp the new image

delete /force /recursive flash:................

any luck , did you get it in the flash ?

Thanks Mark

I have upgraded firmware successfully.  Thanks for your advice.

Thanks,

Regards,

Thaung

Oh dear.  Another operator using the copy command to "upgrade" the IOS.

Hope the BIN file is not corrupt.
