One of your switches has a mis-configured port channel. MAC addresses are looping to every switch.

Hola Eduardo:
This syslog message is interesting too:
%C4K_L2MAN-6-INVALIDSOURCEADDRESSPACKET: (Suppressed 5 times)Packet received with invalid source MAC address (00:00:00:00:00:00) on port Gi1/4 in vlan 1
An all-zero MAC address is not valid as source.
This could be an indication of a misconfigured VMware environment. If you're running VMware, I'd start troubleshooting here.
It's unlike but perhaps worth mentioning: A couple of years ago I saw a non-Cisco switch generating BPDUs with an all-zero bridge-ID, which caused a continuous recalculation of the spannting-tree. Have you checked yet if ST topology is stable?
"show spanning-tree details | include exec|occur|from"
is a handy command to trace where topology changes came from.
Saludos,
Rolf
