Can you confirm you are running supervisor V ?
If so this should have 64Mb of onboard bootflash. I think the problem you are having is that you have deleted one of the images in bootflash ie.

the .D in entry 1 shows the 122-20 image has been deleted but you haven't reclaimed the space back. I say think because it's been a while since i did this sort of thing so can you do the following but then check if it worked.
It could be that i am talking rubbish, wouldn't be the first time
So can you enter this command -
4500# squeeze bootflash:
and then after you have confirmed it and it has reclaimed the space do a "sh bootflash:" again and you should see space reported correctly.
Note though that to upgrade to an IOS of 64Mb you will have to delete the IOS that is running and squeeze again to claim back the space before copying the new IOS across. Don't do this though until you have done the original squeeze and confirmed that you have 64Mb.
Also worth noting that the Supervisor V can take a compact flash card which is another option ie. you could get a CF card to load the new IOS on while still having your current image in bootflash.

Hi Jon,
Thanks for your reply. I was planning to do 'squeeze' during the upgrade process, but I did that now for clarification :-). Also, I should have mentioned before, the SW got redundant sup and the slave do not have any 'deleted' files. After the squeeze, here is the flash looks like...

I do have CF but want to decide what exact flash on this. Cisco tech says it is 64MB though, but Iam not sure how it is counting to 64MB.
Thnaks again

Update..;-).
It is 64MB on board boot flash. The caliculation is not exactly want I was doing the addition may not exactly show 64MB. I might go with CF. Thank you all.
