Hii,
If someone is downloading any files from an ftp site,can i see which IP is trying that and what file they are currently downloading or wht they had downloaded??

Hi,
Looks like a very generic question.
If you want to analyse the traffic going out from your lan to internet via any proxy servers, You can get these details from the proxy server logs.
Network sniffer trace will give you all the details of the traffic in your network.

what FTP server are you using?
it should have the ability to view current connections and even what files they're accessing.
provide the FTP server type/version and we can better assist.
