Getting confused about spaning tree portfast,bpdu guard,loopback guard

Some couple of doubts reagarding spaning tree portfast,bpdu guard,loopback guard -

1) What is the difference between those?

2) Is it required all these 3 things?

3) Should we do it globally or on interface level?
