GLBP command problem

Hi,

I am trying to set-up GLBP on new 6506-E chassis we recently received with Sup720-10G-VSS supervisor blades. The IOS is a modular IOS which does support GLBP going by the feature navigator, but when you create a interface there is no commands for GLBP.

I have noticed the following command at the foot of the sh ver -

Patching is not available since the system is not running from an installed image. To install please use the "install file" command

But l am not sure if this is something that has not been installed on the chassis? As l carry out a show install running, l get the following -

System is currently not running from installed software?

Has anyone configured GLBP on teh 720-VSS or came across a similar issue.

Hello James,

from your sh ver

bootdisk:s72033-ipbasek9-vz.122-33.SXH2a.bin

you have ip base feature set

for example in advipservicesk9_wan-vz.122-33.SXH2a.bin

I can put the glbp command under an SVI interface

I would put another image of advanced ip services feature set and try with that image

sometimes, Feature navigator makes mistakes
