having trouble trying to disable the ping off of a laptop

I am trying to make this topology for a unit assessment and it is required of me to configure the switch to ensure that the good laptop pings to the router but the bad laptop cannot. 

most of the commands I have typed in did not even work it just kept on pinging to the router can anyone help?

Good Guy IP 192.168.1.3/24

Bad Guy IP 192.168.1.4/24

Router IP 192.168.1.1/24

Switch IP 192.168.1.2/24

Were you able to resolve the issue with "having trouble trying to disable the ping off of a laptop"?

If you have, please provide your solution; It helps others who may have the same problem.

If the issue is not resolved, please provided your zipped packet tracer file for review.

What course and unit assessment was this for? What instructions were given? Block all traffic from bad laptop, or just pings?
