I do not understand much about cisco routers, someone help me?

APs with "Lap" are controlled by a Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) that you probably don't have. You first have to convert the AP to autonomous mode.

After that you can configure the AP with IOS-like commands.

If it is for learning configuring autonomous APs, just go on. If you only want to use wireless, and you don't want to learn how to config these devices, you should look for a different device like the Small Business APs or Cisco Meraki APs.
