Hi Mohammed,

Ther are several things here to check:

1- What particular time the servers gets hunged?

2- How the switches are connected? Do they have single link or they have any etherchannel configured?

3- Whats the link utilization and cpu utlization during the issue? And also the status of Servers?

4- Were is the file server located?

Hi Inayathulla,

Thanks for your response.

1.It will hunged around 7 pm IST.

2.They are connected with single link.

3.By using cisco configuration assistant tool,I have monitered cpu usage are nearer to 85 % and link utilization becomes up 79-90%.I have checked with server person, they told me its not an issues in server.

4.Locally and directly connected to 3750 switch.

kabeer
