If it is true, how can I find and use them<

Hi also try "DOTU" (Document the undocumented, http://boerland.com/dotu/), where you will find a list of commands as well as short descriptions.

Please note that, most of these commands are undocumented, which means you may or may not be able to understand the impact of that command on a working production system. Use hidden commands (atleast of some of them) with utmost care!
