High CPU Utilization on C3750X-24P

I'm having high cpu utilization on c3750x-24p reaching to 73%. I found out that process xdr mcast shows highest at 45%.

How can I tackle to resolve this issue?

process xdr mcast

That's multicast. 

Post the complete output to the command "sh version".
