A Quick at your cpu stats shows that "Virtual Exec" task is taking more cpu cycles.
Probably if you have captured the show tech-support output via a telnet session, that could contribute to the cause for this and if so we can ignore this process.
I could also see the following processes eating up a lot of cpu cycle.
Cat4k Mgmt HiPri and Cat4k Mgmt LoPri .
These two processes aggregate multiple platform-specific processes which perform the essential management functions on the Catalyst 4500. These processes process control plane as well as data packets that need to be software-switched or processed.
