I have problem on my network the to the SVI interface the ping is a average or 500ms the latency is only for the default-gateway from every vlan. on other pc on the same or diferent vlan the response is 1ms.

From what I can see, the majority of packets respond within 1ms with the occasional 500ms response. You are also pinging with fat 1450 byte packets.
The Cisco device considers these low priority packets and processes them accordingly. This might explain why you are seeing what you are.
If you don't see this exhibited anywhere else and aren't having network issues then probably nothing to worry about.
Other than that you can look at switch CPU, port utilization, configurations, topology, etc, to see if there is anything going on that may be cause.

Where physically is the SVI interface in relation to the PC's experiencing the issue - is it in the same switch or across some sort of bridged link? Is the gateway/mask correctly configured on all the PC's and on the SVI?
