Hello,
We have two switch cisco 3560 with the same default priotity STP of: 32768.
They have only one vlan configured Vlan 1 (default).
The BPDU will forward the best BRIDGE_ID:
How do you determine the less mac-address is they in HEXADECIMAL format?
Do you transform it to decimal or olny compare the last octect?
Waiting your sooner answer.

Hi Roger,
Compare both mac addresses from left to right. Lowest number is 0 and the highest is F.

Reza,
For example, if the two mac-address are:
MAC_1:001c.0f17.68c0 y
MAC_2:0021.cc4a.70b4
MAC_1 will be the less mac-address so the associated BRIDGE_ID is the best?
0 with 0
0 with 0
1 with 2
Am I right?
Best regard.
