Here is the pkt. These are supposed to be 2 different locations, and I've finally found a way for PC's to ping each other, but now I have another issue. I also need to connect ip phones to the switches, and they're supposed to be able to call each other as well. Can anyone help me with that?

Hello
On your PacketTracer you have a folder where Cisco added examples of topologies and you can find the exactly topology you need for this case.
You can use it or you can create your own based on that example

Thank you for the help, but the topology there is a little different than in my case

Yeah, it is. But the idea here is not for you to get you work done by somebody else, the idea here is to give you a hint in what direction you might follow. The router from the PKT Sample have phone configuration which you can use and this would be the most complicate part.
If you sit down and wait for your topology to be created for somebody else this will not go well for you. IT guys is meant to figure things out.
