how i communicate on different n/w Ip

hello,

i have two link which i terminate on 3 layer switch.

and other one link which i got from firewall, now tell me what ido for communication between this three link

all link address r different

link1 10.10.20.1/24

link2 10.20.20.1/24

link3 10.30.20.1/24
