How to change Config-register value in cisco 2960 switch with lan base image

i am unable to change configuration register value on cisco 2960 switch. can any one please help me out with this.

My issue is, i am unable to save any configuration on switch, its showing below error:

nv_done: unable to open "flash:/config.text.new"

nv_done: unable to open "flash:/private-config.text.new"

nv_done: unable to open "flash:/multiple-fs.new"[OK]
