how to change packet tracer tool as this view

When Packet Tracer opens...the default view is the Logical view....

However, you can change to other views..if you want....

thank you for trying to help me but unfortunately, it didn't help me change the secondary tools bar as in the picture above, and can not change the location of it to the side like the picture too

To know the version...open packet tracer then click on Help --> About

you are using latest version of Cisco Packet Tracer 8.2.1

What is the picture/imapge you posted or trying to achieve is  older version of packet tracer.....which you can't...

if you want to get the same view like your image....you have to install previous version of packet tracer like 5.0/6.0/7.0

fortunately...you can install multiple versions of packet tracer....without deleting your existing version...you can install and use any one of the previous version
