how to check maintenance contract of switch based on the serial number

hi, can anyone please help advise how to find out the maintenance contract based on the switch serial number? I used the following tool to check warranty status, but can't find the contract number and the details of the warranty, thanks in advance.

If your device is covered by Cisco SmartNet, you can contact Cisco’s smartnet support to get your contract information. If you have a SmartNet contract number or partial details, the SmartNet team can assist in retrieving the full contract information.

the details of the contract are provided in the tool only if the contract is associated to your CCO login, if this is not the case you can ask to your Cisco account manager.

Edit:

I have done a test using the S/N of a device of one of our customers. the device checker does not provide contract details even if the contract is associated to my CCO account I have checked this using CCW-R tool.

if you work for a partner ask access to CCW-R tool and you may get the info in that tool.
