How to configure snmp v3 noauthNoPriv user on 5548UP Cisco switch ?

Hi,

I am trying to configure a noauthNoPriv snmp user for testing none security level. I create snmp user with no auth and no priv.

I am trying to execute 

 snmpget -v 3 -u ft -l noauthNoPriv switchHost 1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.11.149

output I am getting :

Error in packet

Reason: authorizationError (access denied to that object)

am I missing something to configure…?

We are using CISCO NEXUS 5548UP switch.
