Just manually boot the OS. You should be able to use the "dir" command to find the IOS file on flash. Once you do that you can use the "boot" command with the IOS path as a parameter.
If you cannot find the IOS file, then you can download it onto a small USB thumb drive (4Gb or less) formatted with FAT32. You should be able to boot off the thumb drive.
Once you have the OS online, reset the boot variables (boot system flash...) and verify you have the correct config register (0x2101 by default, 0x2102 for VSS).
