Hello @jose-rangel1 ,

you have only 86 too big errors but you have also:

>> 1525 Unknown community name

so check if the SNMP community settings are correct on the auvik collector because the other error is simply a rare event compared to total number of input SNMP packets that is :

>> 378759 SNMP packets input

Too Big simply means the received packet was bigger then IP MTU on receiving interface.

A wrong SNMP community does not get answered

Edit:

actually the 86 too big are in the output section of the show command so they refer to outbound tx packets not to received packets

RX packets - TX packets = 378759 - 377234 = 1525  = unknown Community counter
