My industry using 2Mbps for send files, database and etc via our system to our HQ at Taiwan from Malaysia but its take too long, so I assigned to check why the sending and receiving too late . Anyone know how to solve this?
a 2MB connection is, to be honest, very, very slow to start out with, so you are probably experiencing congestion. Post the output of "show interfaces x" where x is the outgoing interface connected to the Internet...
You will want to configure a netflow collector on the routers outbound interface and then export these records to a netflow analyser. This will give you a detailed view of traffic flows in and out of your site.
As @Georg Pauwen points out you are undoubtedly experiencing congestion so you will need to implement QoS policing. The information from the netflow analyser will aid you in correctly classifying your traffic for QoS policing.
