how to set the severity of an ACL log !?

ip access-list extended ABC
permit tcp any any log

what is the default severity for the ACL log ?

and is it possible to change it ?

It might vary depending on what platform but for IOS routers the default severity level for access list logging is 6 Informational. I do not believe that IOS routers can change the severity level of access list logging.
