HSRP and PIM

Iam looking to put in anycast RP and MBGP to our 2 ISP connections to make multicast resilient. The problem I have is that our clients that connect to us use static routing to connect and have a 0/0 unicast route to a HSRP address and a 0/0 mroute to one of 2 6509s. each 6509 will be a RP with anycast RP loopback addresses. our clients will msdp peer to that anycast address but if one 6509 fails there multicast will fail due to the mrout next hop been now down. I cant have an mroute to a HSRP as RPF check fails and our clients wont implement MBGP to us. Is there a way around this that anyone knows of.

This example document discusses about the problem with using static route to HSRP and PIM. Its more close to your scenario.
