Hello,
we have configured an IE-1000 switch with an IP, configured a hostname in the DNS in the form switchname.subdomain.domain.com.
when we access the web management page using the IP of the switch, no problem, however, when we try accessing it using the hostname, we get an internal server error 500.
the switch itself was configured with the hostname, without the subdomain and domain names (trying to configure the FQDN is not possible)
has anyone encountered the same problem ?
