Newly installing these Industrial switches for our PLC networks uplinked to C9200 switches. We are wanting to use some of the ports for l2nat and have gi1/1 as the uplink with the associated vlan (2009). L2nat works perfectly, but we would like to also have devices on the other ports already on the same vlan (non-NAT). These devices are not communicating when l2nat is setup, but start working if I disable l2nat. All ports are set as Access ports with the same VLAN (2009), uplink set as Trunk allowing all vlans.
Does the l2nat feature not allow you to use the switch in a mixed mode setup where not all the ports will be using l2nat? In this example, we have 2 devices using l2nat to vlan 2009, and 2 devices already assigned to IP's on vlan 2009.
