IE-4010-16S12P, copper sfps not staying on

I have recently installed an IE-4010-16S12P with several copper sfps and one multimode sfp.  The copper keep going down and will not return to up status until the switch config is reloaded or power is cycled.  The fiber sfp goes down but will come back up.  It seems the protocol goes down first then the port.  Has anyone run into this or know of a solution?

 - When the copper-sfps involved interfaces go down, issue the command show logging , check if you can find any additional info  as to the cause of this issue.

Thank you. Have some work to do with another party today and reloaded it this morning.  As soon as one drops, I will pull the info.
