Input Voltage status: Warning - failure - Error in environment all

I am getting error in Cisco switch..Please suggest for me.

Power Supply:

Redundant Power System is present.
Thermal status: normal
Input Voltage status: Warning - failure
DC Output Voltage status: normal

model:

Input Voltage means the power feed from the building power is not "on" or not getting power.

I don't understand the question. 

The error message only appears when the appliance have redundant power (duh!).  Aside from CLI/GUI one thing to look at during a visual/ocular inspection is a familiar red LED alarm.
