Installing IOS on a C6509 currently running CatOS

Hello,

I want to install IOS on a Cat6509 currently running CatOS. Following are the module and current image details on it. I do not want to retain the config so no need to convert that. I just need to install CatOS. Please advise on what is the procedure as so far the procedures I have come across are to convert it from Hybrid to Native and then from Native to IOS. I am thinking if this should be a straight forward process to just download the IOS image and change the bootvar to use that.

Regards,

Abid Ghufran.

Follow this document to convert from Catos to IOS. It has step-by-step instructions.

Let me try that and come back with how it goes.
