instead of using UDI SN I used device (ASR1001x) SN

Got 3 Licenses in ASR1001-X in one box as mentioned:

  1. Cisco 2.5G to 10Gbps upgrade license for ASR 1001-X, Quantity: 01.
  2. Cisco ASR 1001-X Built-In 10GE 1-Port license, Quantity:            02

3 Licenses are registered into cisco (http://www.cisco/go/license)  and downloaded,  with : the devices SN (Device SN on printed label of the device ).

And  PID: ASR1001-X with (PAK) ‘Product Authorization Key’, Successfully downloaded.

While installing the downloaded licenses into the device it give the error “% Error: The device with UDI ASR1001-X:EXS129...... not found”

Devices information :

Router# sh license udi

SlotID     PID                                  SN                                UDI

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*             ASR1001-X             JAxxxxxxxxx     ASR1001-X:JAxxxxxxxxx

Note: instead of using UDI SN I used device SN. Need to re-register into cisco with UDI SN as mentioned CLI above ( in license udi)  kindly your support to re-register the licenses.

if any one experienced it, kindly guide me how to get back PAK to re-register

Regards
