Maybe the switch has negotiated the port speed to 100 Mbps.

The ports are gigabits.

Post the complete output to the command "sh interface <PORTS>".

I want to see the output of the WAN port as well as the port used to perform the speed tests.

Dear Leo laohoo,
Please check the below Result.
Thanks.

Hello,

post the output of:

show interfaces x

where 'x' is the interface of your 3850 that has the speed issue...

Possibly like Georg and Leo, since you describe obtaining 100 Mbps, I too would look for a port or ports running at 100.  Notice my mention of "port or ports".  I.e. you need to check all ports from device performing speed test to/from ISP.

Besides port speed, check your cable. Make sure it is CAT 5e or better yet Cat6 as all 8 pair of wires must be active to move at 1 Gig speed of data.

hi,

is the ISP hand off an ethernet/RJ45 cable?

try to bypass your sophos FW by connecting directly a laptop to ISP cable, manually set public IP and perform an FTP or iperf test.

Dear Sir,
I checked the speed from the ISP modem directly 200 mbps and after
connecting the firewall i am getting the same speed 200 mbps.
Thanks.
