I have a production cisco WS-C2960G-48TC- switch at one of our sites that we recently acquired. this switch has an image of:
Switch Ports Model SW Version SW Image
------ ----- ----- ---------- ----------
* 1 48 WS-C2960G-48TC-L 12.2(25)SEE3 C2960-LANBASE-M
We had a a interface configured as a trunk port with the following VLANs allowed 1,10,20,30
this Switch experience a spanning-tree loop, and once we took care the spanning-tree issue we noticed that users in Vlan 10 could not connect.
after further review we noticed that Vlan 10 dropped off the trunk after doing a, sh int tru only VLANs 1,20,30 were allowed.
Has anyone ran into the issue with this IOS and looking for an explanation as to why it dropped.
Thank you

Not sure if this is due to bug at this point of time. Based on the info provided we need to look into lot many things.
How did you enter in to the Spanning tree loop?
What measures were taken into account to recover the STP ?
Was the vlan 10 presetn in the vlan database and just dropped out of trunk port?
Can you please share the syslog server outputs during the issue ?

unfortunately i don't have syslogs, we now put our standard config that does for future issues.
the vlan 10 has been on there for some time, it was not newly created.
I disabled the port that causing STP then we rebooting the downstream Meraki switch that was the original trunk port.
thanks for replying
