There is no special commad for me3600x to upload IOS through xmodem.
and i have me3600x switch.

I am no authority with ME3600X but I've got a large fleet of ME3800X and I have done XModem IOS upload on ME3800X.
I find it hard to believe if ME3600X don't support XModem upload because this means you'll need to RMA the appliance.
