Hi Selenge,
Its not recommended and you would have problems.
Ref:
A new switch might not join a stack when Cisco IOS versions or stack protocol versions differ. Review these points about Cisco IOS versions and stack protocol versions:
•Switches with the same Cisco IOS version also have the same stack protocol version and are compatible in the same switch stack.
•Switches with the same Cisco IOS version as the stack master can join the stack.
•Switches with different Cisco IOS versions can have different stack protocol versions.
•Switches with the same Cisco IOS version but different major version numbers are incompatible and cannot function in the same switch stack.

is it possible to become same ios version?
06-10-2013 02:56 AM
Hi,
Yes you can do:--
Here is the info:
– A mixed software stack with only Catalyst 3750-X, only Catalyst 3750-E, or only Catalyst 3750
switches supporting different features as stack members.
For example, a Catalyst 3750-E-only stack with some members running the IP base feature set,
other members running the IP services feature set, and the remaining members running the IP
services feature set.
– A mixed hardware and software stack with Catalyst 3750-X, Catalyst 3750-E, and
Catalyst 3750 switches supporting different features as stack members.
For example, a stack with the Catalyst 3750-E members running the IP services feature set and
the Catalyst 3750 members running the IP services software image
But as per experience which we have seen that it doesnt go well. Hence we always recommend customer to run the same software on all the switches on the stack.

Selenge,
You need to upgrade the switch the one which is not on the latest.
Plz see the below thread on upgrading the firmware on stack:

version is 12.1(14r) another one is 12.2(25r).
Hold on ... These two are not IOS versions. These two are BOOTSTRAP.
Post the outputs to the command "sh version".
