IP Base versus IP Services

Dear All,

I am always struggling what is supported in which version.

Is Inter VLAN routing a standard feature of IP Base or do I require IP services. ?

Currently using C2960S (IP Base) ; do I require other platform.?

Is there a good overview (document or link), where this is explained.?
