ip dhcp snoopoing with static

Dears,

I have plenty of access switches 3850 IOS XE  connected to core N7k directly. i have enabled ip dhcp snooping on the switch and also the arp inspection, My DHCP server is temporarily on one of the access switch later we will move to the windows dhcp server.

i want to add static ip address to the printers on multiple floors on the access switches and they are getting blocked due to dynamic arp inspection,

how i can achieve the above

try and configure a manual binding using the command:

ip dhcp snooping binding mac-addr vlan vlan ipaddr interface ifname expiry lease-in-seconds
