IP multicast issues cat 9400

Experiencing multicast issues on Cat9400 (CAT9K_IOSXE), Version 16.6.4 for only SOME users not ALL. Previous steps were:

* Upgrading to 16.6.4 (worked for one week then problem came back)

* Reboot switch (worked for one week then problem came back)

* Failed over SUPs (worked for one week then problem came back)

Can you expand on the problem you are having?

Is the 9400 the only switch involved, or are there more networks switches / routers involved?

Are the multicast sources and receivers all on the 9400?

Can you provide a config, sanitized if necessary?
