IP Multicasting on Router

Hi ,

I want to create sub interface on my cisco 2921 router. Will it disable ip multi-casting on my router?

interface GigabitEthernet0/0
ip address 172.22.10.X 255.255.255.X

duplex auto
speed auto
!

After the sub interface..

!
interface GigabitEthernet0/0.10
description Interface TO LAN
encapsulation dot1Q 10
ip address 172.22.10.X 255.255.255.X
!

Do you have any multicast configuration on your router?  If not, then it wont make any difference to anything.
