ip nbar protocol-discovery

Hi Guy's

I was trying to configure the nbar on our Cisco 7609-S but when I tried it on the interface, it prompt me with this message:

Command: ip nbar protocol-discovery

Error MSG:

NBAR 'protocol-discovery' command cannot be turned on this interface because of the following reason:

Interface is a LAN port and NBAR/STILE is not supported on LAN interfaces in PFC3.

Any one can help me to reslove this issue please?

Hi Yogesh,

NBAR is not a supported feature of the sup720 on LAN interfaces. It has to be done on a FlexWAN module.

This is the reason for the error message.
