IP phone does not complete booting process after IOS upgrade on 3750G-48PS

I recently upgraded an IOS on a switch 3750G-48PS-S from c3750-ipbasek9-mz.150-2.SE5.bin to c3750-ipbasek9-mz.150-2.SE10.bin. Upon reloading it, the IP phones fail to complete the booting process. I had to downgrade the IOS of which after that, all the IP phones completed the booting process.

So is there anything wrong with the latest IOS or  could it be a switch hardware issue.

What happens if you load 12.2(55)SE11?

I haven't tried with that IOS but i had only tried it in another version of a switch c3560G-24PS which seems to be working Ok.
