Is there a free NTP server?

I searched ntp server in google.

some result was showed, but I can't find a free NTP server. I wish to configure to our router in NTP

because the log's timestamp show to invalid time.

I had configured clock set which using to configure equipment time. but when I reload the router, the time invalid,

Hello, if you don't have an external NTP source, you can configure the router to use ist own clock with the commands:

router#(config) ntp master

router#clock set ....

Attached is one of the smallest i have found. It has a built in dhcp, ntp and tftp server.
