Is there a way to schedule broadcasting SSIDs.

I have cisco Aironet 1040 Series APs through out my Church. They are all wired to a main router RV220W.
I have two Vlans setup one is Open (non secured) for Church members guest
The other is secured WPA2 for Church staff members. Both are on a different subnet. My concern is on the open non-secured with non- church members in my community connecting to our network at un godly time looking at who knows what. Is there a way I could limit the time you can broadcast the SSIDs or connect to my network. Is this feature that have to come from the router since it lease the DHCP address? Thanks

Assuming the AP's are working autonomously (i.e not using a controller) then I don't believe there is a way to do this natively on the AP's themselves.
One way you may be able to achieve what you need is to apply a time based access list to the Layer 3 interface for the Public subnet on the router.
