ISP Failover on an 1811

I'm running an 1811w with dual internet connections from different ISPs. Neither ISP offers BGP.

If it was an 1801 with the built-in DSL modem I'd be good to go. But with external modems the link status never goes down.

Are there any built-in options that I can use?
